Hosts must create an account to use the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Players join games without creating accounts by entering a join code and display name.
You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

Host Responsibilities as Data Controllers

When hosts collect personal data from players through lead capture or game participation, they act as independent data controllers under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR). Hosts are responsible for:
